1. Alterations
1a. Complimentary Alterations are available at the time of purchase at our OKAKIE boutique only.
1b. Online customers may request an in-person fitting for alterations within 30 days of their online purchase.
1c. OKAKIE only provides personalized alterations and garment services in-person.
1d. OKAKIE only accepts alterations at the time of purchase.
1e. Usually the garments are ready for pick up at the first fitting. Depending on the amount of alterations, additional tailoring may be required for a perfect fit.
1f. Once the alteration requests are complete, however, OKAKIE does not accept alterations on previously purchased designs.
1g. All garments that have been tailored or altered cannot be returned or exchanged as it is no longer in it's original condition.
1h. OKAKIE maintains the right to reject alteration services if we believe we cannot complete your request in a timely manner that meets our quality standards. During busy seasons, we may have an ongoing waiting list and we appreciate your patience during this time. We will always provide a list of recommended and trusted tailors you may go to if you are unable to wait or if we cannot fulfill your alteration request.
1i. OKAKIE requires a name, email and phone number for all alteration requests so we may get a hold of you if needed.
2. Garment Services
2a. Complimentary Garment Services are available in-person at our OKAKIE boutique only.
2b. All Garment services are available for five years after purchase only.
2c. A receipt and matching government issued photo identification is required to receive garment services.
2d. In order to receive garment services, your purchase must be under an account with a name and contact information. If your receipt does not have a name or contact information, we cannot verify your identity for complimentary garment services.
2e. Online customers may request an in-person fitting for garment services if they provide a copy of their online reciept which matches their government issued photo identification.
2f. OKAKIE only provides personalized alterations and garment services in-person.
2g. OKAKIE only accepts garment service requests and garment service pick ups in-person. OKAKIE does not ship alterations and must be picked up in-person in case further services or alterations are required.
2h. OKAKIE cannot guarantee the garments are ready for pick up at the first fitting. Depending on the amount of services requested, additional services may be required for to satisfy the client.
