Returns + Exchanges

If you are returning from the USA or Canada, please ship back the goods you are returning to the sender’s address within 10 days of delivery. We will only accept the returned item(s) that we have been notified about.
It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer store credit only if the items are returned to us within 10 days from your delivery date, this resolution applies if:
-The item does not fit you,
-You are not satisfied with the quality,
-Or, you have simply changed your mind.
Please be advised this resolution is subject to change once it has passed quality control via the returns team at our warehouse provided that:
-The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached.
-The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
-The item has hygiene stickers still in place (bodysuits and swimwear)
-The item is returned back to us within 10 days from your delivery date
-The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor, or washing powder)
-Earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
OKAKIE reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by OKAKIE.
Returns From Canada
All return shipping is covered by a flat fee of $15 and is couriered via canada post. These costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
Please email your return details to hello@okakie.com. We will only accept the returned item(s) if we have been in email communications and are expecting the package to be returned.
All returns must be made within 10 days of the date your package was delivered, as specified by canada post or one of our customer service team members.
Returns will take approximately 5 - 7 business days to process once received by the returns team at the warehouse.
USA + International Returns
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
If you are returning from the USA, UK, EU, or AUS please email your return details to hello@okakie.com. We will only accept the returned item(s) if we have been in email communications and are expecting the package to be returned.
If you are returning from the rest of the world or can not locate your country on the list please contact our team at hello@okakie.com with your return inquiry for instructions.
All returns must be made within 10 days of the delivery date unless otherwise specified by one of our customer service team members.
Store credits
An OKAKIE store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item. Store credits never expire.
If there has been a discrepancy in your credit(s) please contact us at hello@okakie.com with your order number and a brief explanation for further assistance.
Final sale styles
Final sale styles are last-chance styles and will not be restocked. All products are marked to clear and not eligible for a return unless confirmed faulty by our team.
Any unauthorized final sale items which are posted back to OKAKIE will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.
Faulty returns
We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition when delivered to you. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered as faulty, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement, store credit or full refund provided:
***the item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached.
You notify us within 5 days from the delivery date via our hello@okakie.com email including the order number, a brief description of the fault in your item(s) as well as pictures that show the item fault to be assessed by our customer service team before the item is returned.
At OKAKIE, we strive to reduce our impact on the environment and encourage product sustainability. Should you find a minor fault with an item, a repair reimbursement is the first and preferred option.
Please note: once your return has been approved by our staff and a notification sent to you, it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, we appreciate your patience during this period.
All refunds are processed back to their original payment method. If your refund has taken longer than the aforementioned days, please contact us at hello@okakie.com so we can investigate further for you.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $150 CAD and take ~ 1-5 Business Days.
$15 Shipping on Orders Under $150 CAD and take ~ 1-5 Business Days.
International
$29.99 Shipping on all international orders.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number. Click on the email link to track your order.
If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, OKAKIE is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, OKAKIE will not be able to refund or resend the parcel.
Order cut-off time is 1pm eastern time. Any orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Orders shipped to P.O boxes are considered remote locations. Please allow additional shipping time when requesting shipping from a remote location.

Before You Order
Please review all information carefully before placing your order, especially your shipping address information. We are not able to make changes to your order once it has been submitted.
When you place your order, your form of payment will be authorized (not charged). This authorization ensures the funds for the order are available while your order prepares to ship. Once your order has shipped, your form of payment will be charged. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the authorization will automatically be removed in 5-7 business days. The exact timeframe for removal is determined by your card's issuing bank. We only take orders for items that we have stock of, however items may be cancelled after the order is placed for various reasons.
Accepted Pay Methods
We accept orders with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Afterpay and OKAKIE Gift Cards.
Issues with Pay Methods
If your credit card was declined, your information was entered incorrectly or there are issues with the card. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information regarding the decline.
Price Adjustments
Should an item from the website or catalog be marked down, please contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment. We will honor a one-time price adjustment. Credits will be applied to the original form of payment and will be reflected in 2-4 business days. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit. Please contact us to request a price adjustment.
Please note, we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.

-Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer. We offer pre-paid duties to the USA on all outgoing orders.
-Delivery will be picked up and distributed by Canada Post and your local postal service.
-International Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on international carrier disturbances or delays.
